Wow, that looks tasty Grahame. I'm sure some former VCs were cooking or serving your brunch. Bucks has a three-VC minimum at all times.

Just finished some weisswurst, bratwurst, sweet Bavarian mustard and pickled red cabbage. Started off with some Dolma made with excellent Palestinian olive oil.

Meatless Monday - Grilled Portobello Mushrooms with a roasted garlic, balsamic, Dijon vinaigrette. Accompanied by grilled asparagus on quinoa with vegetables. Happy tummies!!

Meatless Monday -

Dang I already jacked that up with my Pork rib sandwich at lunch...

Great minds think alike (pirate) Mike! We also had a meatless Monday, cooking quinoa for the first time: quinoa and black beans sauteed with garlic, tomatoes, jalapenos, onions, lime zest, lime juice with a bit of fresh cilantro on top; swiss chard and arugula/spinach salad on the side.

No pics as it is already happily in the tummies.

This was our first quinoa experience as well. It was good but the mushrooms grilled like steak were the highlight.
