Went with a whole einkorn wheat flatbread with onions, shallots, anaheim peppers, gouda, cheddar, parmigiano, and herbs.
January 3Jan 3 I don't do new year resolutions. However, I now have one for 2026. Eat more Korean food.

January 6Jan 6 Cooked yesterday in a marathon session so that dinner was a non-event (prep wise) tonight. Chicken shawarma with homemade naan. The naan was all I managed a pic of.
January 6Jan 6 Yeah, shawarma is good stuff. I've had the Wegmans pre-marinated stuff, restaurant made (today, even!), and it would have disappeared faster than light with me around, too. Yum yum yum, gnosh gnosh gnosh, yum yum yum
January 25Jan 25 The results from last night -- very tasty, but the other brand (Nature's Soy) was spicier and had a delightful málà taste to it.
January 26Jan 26 Dinner tonight was at Javalina Indigenous Dining at it was excellent. We had a variety of dishes but the only one I snapped was the elk fry bread with a significant pile of pulled elk, arugula and pickled onions on fry bread. Delicious. At the front counter, there was a basket of whistles for anti-ICE protests and support of the targets of this fascist aggression.
February 20Feb 20 I made and ate biscuits, but I'm afraid to post pictures for fear of what could happen next...
February 20Feb 20 Vegan protein bomb. Big bowl of salad with 100gr chickenpeas and 50gr mung beans. I feel eating this gave me extra 15 mins of lifetime.
