January 8, 201313 yr comment_555485 Luther Season 1 Episode 6 -- Best. Psychopath. Evar. EDIT: Correction -- Season 2, Episode 1. Still: Best. Psychopath. Evar. The fact that she reminds of Allison (she of the red hair albeit lighter and the porcelain skin and similarly succulent lips and of the crush that took me three years to get over) and the fact that Allison, too, was a psychopath, does not have anything at all to do with anything. January 8, 201313 yr comment_555493 Loved season 2 of Luther. I'd be a fan of Idris Elba reprising the role of Bond when Craig is done. But it would be hard to forget Stringer Bell/Luther when he plays it. Report
January 9, 201313 yr comment_555673 First, the season 3 opener of "Downton Abbey". My wife's newest obsession & I've admittedly been hooked too. So well done. Then S3, eps 2 & 3 of "Portlandia" - We had seen lots of previews on the IFC channel, but for some reason never watched the show. Decided to DVR these eps over the weekend. Omg, this show is f-ing hilarious! Report
January 10, 201313 yr comment_555804 Luther "And the next words from your mouth will determine the weight and velocity of the staggering tonnage of shit that's about onto plummet on your head." Great line. Probably because I like the mix of hyperbolic metaphor and hard science. Report

Omg, this show is f-ing hilarious! Definitely try to watch the previous seasons because those first two shows were funny but not the best by far. I have one more episode to finish re-watching Game of Thrones S2. It was not as good as the first season but I am ready for the next one to begin because some good shit happens at the end of the second book. Report
January 11, 201313 yr comment_556010 ++ish Two episodes left for us...we've been saving 'em. Well, I'm now ahead of you by one episode, and I can see why you could put them off. No Alice! I has a sad. Talk of an Alice Morgan spin-off makes me happy. Also, she's in Lone Ranger. Small part, but still...I'll take what I can get. Report
January 12, 201313 yr Author comment_556223 Watched the pilot to Revolution, doesn't seem very good but I will give it another chance with the second episode... damn you JJ Abrams Report
January 12, 201313 yr comment_556229 Worst written show in TV, but it fun to see how they spend their limited budgets on set design. Report

January 13, 201313 yr comment_556268 You'll have to save 42 for another night then. Except is that more like suffrage? No, that's not the right word for it neither. Report
