June 6, 20197 yr I finally cracked the ancient Durbar that I’ve been slowly hydrating for the last half decade. It was sawdust when I got it. It’s perfect, now. Should go great in this Sav autograph (I should probably smoke it in my Parker, but whatever).
June 23, 20197 yr The same Durbar in an ancient Parker that I refurbished. Edited June 23, 20197 yr by EdipisReks1
April 26, 20206 yr Finally got a new humidor that I can use to transport today’s selections out to the patio. Today’s choice
January 7, 20215 yr Looks nice Marc. Custom?Nope, been in the Cuban catalogue since 1975. It’s a Robusto with a fancy name.
January 7, 20215 yr the humidor? The Ramon Allones is a nice smoke. Oh!https://www.waxingmoonhumidors.com/
January 7, 20215 yr I'm surprised someone hasn't posted about lighting up the bong tonight. This would be the day for it. Pardon me if the bong is not still in fashion. I haven't kept up with these things.
January 7, 20215 yr I don't know the preferred delivery device, but I believe the kids refer to the product as "whacky tabacky"?

Having a large cabinet humidor has been my want list for a long time. I’ve actually been thinking about making one for a while. Local large commercial lumber supplier actually stocks the Spanish cedar so getting material shouldn’t be that hard to make it. I just need to step up my design game.

Let me know if you want any laser cut or etched funness, that's what got me thinking about it. With the lining material being 1/4" typically there's a lot that can be done with the laser and it's not like charring the edges would be an undesirable effect in a box that houses things to be smoked.
January 23, 20215 yr I’m not out of Opus X, but they are a bit spendy. An Onyx will have to do. Edited January 23, 20215 yr by EdipisReks1
February 23, 20215 yr A La Flor Dominicana Colorado gordo. Much more delicate than I expected. Very good. I went to a very nice cigar shop in Greensboro, gave the sales person my preferences and what I wanted to spend, and let him choose. It was a mixture of things I have had (mostly sticks I would have gotten if I were choosing), and things I hadn’t had. This is one of the latter. I haven’t been disappointed by any, and I’ll be back there when I see Heather again in NC.
February 24, 20215 yr You know - it is a long time since I enjoyed a cigar. But you guys have sure got me thinking....
August 8, 20214 yr This was a little while ago, but something adequate that the bourbon bar had in their humidor for some inflated price. Same with the bourbon.
