New monitors from Selah Audio, going to be using them nearfield. Raal ribbon tweeter and the woofer is from sb acoustics.

Hell yeah. I went back and forth with Rick about building some MTMs around the Raals for home theater use, but they never came to be. Please report back!

Isn't there another set of monoblocks already there? Seems like putting those things in front of the speakers isn't the best place for them, being subjected to vibrations and such, unless they are there as room treatments and it helps the sound.

They are 14" x 8.5" x 13", the cabinet is curved so the 8.5" width is up-front at the widest point.

Yes - very very sweet. I'm going by memory here - but I think that same guy posted a pair of rosewood Tannoy D700 up for sale last year. I recognize that room. I think the (bigger) Memory speakers were in the back in those shots. The D700s are seriously big and bad, but I guess not quite enough for a dude so hardcore as this! I guess it looks like he prefers the B&W speakers since the GRFs are for sale.
