March 18, 201610 yr I've also taken to oven cooking bacon, pretty recently. Very shallow tray with grease proof paper, fan oven on 200C for 15 to 20 minutes. Yummy.

March 18, 201610 yr I love my bacon broiled. I use a broiling pan if I'm cooking a bunch or something like Grahame's set up just for me. Broiling and turning once gives it a crispy Chicharrón taste.
March 25, 201610 yr I didn't manage to slow down fast enough to take pictures of the plate with red chard and couscous but this is the broiled pork tenderloin I made tonight
