2008 Blackbird Vineyards Arise. An interesting Cabernet, Merlot Cabernet Franc blend similar to the Justin Isosceles blend so it should be good, getting used to the fruit signature. Won't go well with the chicken marsala but will go well with the sunset.

Fernet Branca Cocktail (Savoy)

1.5 oz dry gin

0.75 oz Italian vermouth

0.75 oz Fernet Branca

Stir and strain!

King Cole Cocktail (Savoy)

1 Glass Rye or Canadian Club Whisky. (2 oz Bonded Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey)

2 Dashes Syrup. (1 sugar cube)

1 Dash Fernet Branca.

1 Lump of Ice.

Muddle cube and Fernet. Stir well.
