Dusty Chalk
New Dido? (wanders off to listen as well) Was: much Stoner — King Buffalo, The Devil and the Almighty Blues, and Stonewood were standouts...

TMoney
The Live Series: Songs of Hope The quality is a bit up-and-down, but the good cuts are real good. If the Boss had never been a musician he still would have made a hell of a writer. Edited April 3, 2019 by TMoney

She’s been doing that plaintive, vocal-forward pop her entire career. I actually kept up with her up until Safe Trip Home. So started listening to her back catalogue in reverse order: Girl Who Got Away, Safe Trip Home, Life For Rent, No Angel. I mean, nothing matches “White Flag” or “Thank You” or “Here With Me”, but I still liked it as much as anything else of hers.

jose
After her first album, I saw some live shows where her voice did not measure up. Since then I recognize that he has not interested me again. 11 hours ago, Dusty Chalk said: And goddamn if she isn’t even more beautiful than when she came out with her first solo album. Beautiful? ummm I prefer Raquel Welch or Monica Bellucci...
