September 24, 20214 yr This is legitimately the most cheerful and uplifting set I've heard in ages. It's sort of bhangramuffin, but straddles genres with a cheeky grin, there's house, two-step, jungle, borderline happy hardcore and goodness knows what else in there. Absolutely delightful. I rarely find the full album of covers interesting, but the occasional gem does come through. I just listened listened earlier to two Psychic TV covers I thought were excellent: Pink Floyd's Set The Controls For The Heart Of The Sun and Beach Boys' Good Vibrations. Have not listened yet to the VU tribute album, though.
