December 12, 201312 yr The plugin just needs an update. I'm sure Todd will get to it when he finds this thread...
December 12, 201312 yr The plugin was updated yesterday to the latest version - these reports of issues started after the update. Now of course there is another new version to apparently fix shit they broke in the the last one. We're fully updated again
January 19, 201412 yr Anyone else having issues connecting with tapatalk? Mine sits at the "connecting to server..." prompt.
January 20, 201412 yr Author I get that all the time. But I'm in a lot of places with bandwidth problems (work, CostCo [which acts like a great big Faraday cage], Ikea, etc.).
April 3, 201412 yr I think Singapore may be blocking HC. Either that or the four floors of whores are hacking your connection. Edited April 3, 201412 yr by Voltron
July 27, 201411 yr Tapatalk just updated to v3.0.1 on the iPad ... Claimed UI "improvements" include round icons (circular cropped avatars) ... Hmmmm
December 16, 201411 yr The new tapatalk skin on Android blows. It used to fit 3x as many threads on the page. Makes me
December 30, 201411 yr What. The. Fuck. "Redesigned navigation logic" must actually mean "add so much useless visual cruft you can't even see which fucking posts are new any fucking more."
December 30, 201411 yr Information density down, pictures for the hard of thinking up. Navigation split between bar and menu. Ugh. Android "unimproved" as yet. What amazeballs brain shower though this was what we wanted?
January 1, 201511 yr Whatever happened, both android and iOS users agree, it sucks.http://www.androidpolice.com/2014/12/30/tapatalk-updates-interface-many-users-frustrated-various-navigation-difficulties/http://forums.imore.com/iphone-6-plus/313390-new-tapatalk-update-terrible.html Maybe we should just embrace change? ...https://support.tapatalk.com/forums/tapatalk-app-community.93/ Edited January 1, 201511 yr by Grahame
January 1, 201511 yr Stretch nailed it and Ric, that is exactly what I thought yesterday. Tapatalk gets less and less accessible and useful.
January 9, 201511 yr Yeah, I understand they are trying to make things look better, and I *think* they've been successful there, but it's been at the expense of usability and has really cut down on number of posts you can see on screen at once. The next version of the forum software is supposed to have a better default mobile theme - so I may ditch Tapatalk then. We'll see.
