Congrats on the 4. In case you are open to options other than the minimal soft type, I'd recommend looking at Otterbox Commuter series. I've been happy with it. It has a soft cover with a hard shell clipped over and comes with a screen protector. The design makes holding, typing, etc. much easier than with no case, solid protection but not overly bulky. YMMV.

Mahler actually transposed DATM for orchestra around the turn of the century. It was criticized for lacking in intimacy, so he cancelled performance plans with it...after his death, his wife found it, released it in 1984. It works on some levels for DATM. The orchestra/double basses mainly add to the driving intensity of the music. I prefer the quartet by a good margin. I still enjoy this version for what it is though. American - not sure who transcribed this one. This type of song suffers with this arrangement. It just sounds over saturated. I do like American just not this version.
