Like Minds SACD Listening to the CD portion of the hybrid since my Modwright Denon and sony are packed away at the moment. Like it so far but need another listen since I was surfing the net the whole time.

I picked up the HF3s for $99 (which they go regularly for). They sound very close to the ER4 (which I still have) but have a mic and volume controls for iphone. It isn't as amp dependent as the ER4. But, yeah, getting a seal is hit and miss. And they need the seal to sound right. For $100 (includes getting impressions) they offer custom.

I've come full circle on the Ety's. After listening to the E500 and Phonak's thinking that I moved on to bigger and better things, I'm back with the Etys. They just get it right. Glad they are working out with the tinnitus.
