  1. I'm thinking of switching up my iPhone with my wife's (we have a 5 and a 5s). Is it just as simple of back up data, switch SIM cards, then restore data? We're both on AT&T.
  2. Nothing, technically. I just forgot Clonezilla won't clone from a larger drive to a smaller one (even if actual data will fit) without fiddling with the partition size and I couldn't get GParted to load for some reason.
  3. Spent way too much time trying to clone a Win 7 drive on a laptop to a SSD. After trying many different methods/software, including Clonezilla, the one that finally worked was a free version of Macarium Reflect - the very same program that failed to work the last time I tried to clone a Win 7 drive to a SSD. I miss OS X where cloning an OS drive is ridiculously easy.
  4. Happy Birthday!
  5. In the middle of my annual back spasm episode. Managed to aggravate it at work. I need to get an appointment so I can get more Flexril.
  6. I wish I could use my own router - FiOS provided one is spectacularly mediocre.
  7. Fuck, I had completely forgotten about that one. Fuck.
  8. In regards to EM5/EM5-II, I found its single AF (AF-S for Nikon) to be fast enough (especially with 45/1.8 lens) to get "action shot." Its focus tracking, on the other hand, is rather poor. Also, the Olympus menu system is horrendous.
  9. This is good to know. I wasn't planning on watching it after being scarred by the cluster fuck that was the Daredevil movie from a while back.
  10. Be happy it doesn't cost more - around here it's $65 minimum if you just want Internet service. You get much better deal if you get cable as well, but not cheaper.
  11. Happy Birthday!

  14. I've had no issues with mine connecting to Windows, Android, etc. FWIW, Airport Utility for Windows have not been updated for almost 3 years and there may be some features that you can't access unless you have OS X/iOS hardware.
  15. Happy Birthday!
  16. I take you've already tried connecting via ethernet cable?
  17. Bring it to work/school to test it there?
  18. In case you have done so already, check your Network setting under System Pref. Also, if the desktop you're talking about is your hackintosh, it could be any number of things and probably SOL, short of re-installing everything (assuming you used the methods on tonymac).
  19. I saw it. The straps look nice. I also see they've orange straps - tempted to pick one up since orange is my favorite color.
  20. Do any you guys have suggestions for cheap but decent leather strap? The strap on my Hamilton Khaki Officer Mechanical has disintegrated again and I don't really want to spend $120-160 on a Hamilton strap again.
  21. ^ I really liked my Rio Karma, especially the support for FLAC and gapless playback. I wish I still had mine
  22. OS X is 14 years old today. I feel old.
  23. Probably has something to do with the fact they've seemingly abandoned 3 different lens mounts in the last 3 years or so.
  24. That sucks, Nate. I hope it won't be too costly.
