  1. Sounds like your aim could use some work then.
  2. Nah, it's an old repair tech trick. Helps quite a lot actually if you have the proper technique. ðŸĪŠ
  3. Decided to finally see if I can fix up my HP 3582a spectrum analyzer that's been out of commission for a while since a water leak in the basement soaked the back panel. It would let out an impressive amount of magic smoke when plugged in. Fortunately, seems the water only really got into the IEC inlet and destroyed the EMI filter, as I haven't been able to see any signs of damage anywhere else (and it wasn't powered on when this happened). Lots of melted plastic and even a hole straight inside the filter: Corcom still make the same right-angle inlet/filter to fit the narrow space in the back of the chassis, so fingers crossed that once I install a replacement, it'll power back up like normal.
  4. I'm sorry sir but there's gonna be an additional fee if you want to upgrade to a working plane.
  5. WELL IT SHOULD BE. I THOUGHT THIS WAS AMERICA?

The remaster for NieR Replicant now has a store entry on steam (and presumably matching ones on Playstation and Xbox): https://store.steampowered.com/app/1113560/NieR_Replicant_ver122474487139/ I really would've preferred they remaster Gestalt rather than Replicant, but assuming they do a good enough job with it, it'll be a much more accessible way for people to get the story that came before Nier: Automata. For some reason most people look at you like you're crazy when you tell them to go buy a Playstation 3 and play the first game before they play Nier: Automata.

Happy Birthday, don't get too wild this time!
  8. 2070 super max-q is about twice as powerful as a 1650ti. The 1650ti is a fairly low end gpu.
  9. Happy Birthday Shorty!

I'm sure you're quite familiar with packing a lot into a small chassis.
  12. The site defaulted me back to light theme after the upgrade. In other news, I am now officially blind.

Or just upload them to imgur and link them.
  14. I thought slim jims don't work on most cars these days?
  15. Listen to the measurements.
  16. I just used my lighter before I had a heatgun (or it wasn't somewhere nearby).

Been playing through Control now that it's available on Steam, and beat the base game tonight. Damn what a lot of fun that was. Amazing atmosphere, great story and characters, and unbelievably fun combat that gives you a lot of options for any situation. Typically with a game like this I'd find one gun, and maybe one special ability that I like the most, and then only use those ever. Not this time, I gave all the paranatural abilities a healthy amount of use. Things you can do beyond the typical rooty tooty point and shooty include but are not limited to: Telekinetically picking up anything not nailed down (that includes vending machines, tables, incoming explosives, and even corpses) and introducing it at high speed to the face of any poor soul you have a clear line of sight to. Taking control of weakened enemies' minds to fight for you and serve as brief distractions. Gathering up debris to use as a floating shield to stop incoming fire, and then go on the offensive with it and use it to dash through any nearby enemies, flattening most weaker ones in the process. And my personal favorite, leisurely floating high above most of your enemies, slowly drifting across the room as you rain hell down on them with your weapon or large object of choice (maniacal laughter optional). These sorts of mechanics have been done before, but here they combine so well and they made the controls for them actually work fluidly. Highly recommended, doubly so if you like weird stories about paranormal events, because there's weird shit galore in this place.

Don't you hate when the shitter goes missing?
  19. Did you also remember to include some semtex?
  20. Fake news, those were definitely the real specs. It's a new weapon of mass destruction that's been under secret development.

It seems to be specific to the dark theme. I just tested and I can see the details fine in the light theme, but once I switch back to dark it says Array for everything.
