Me: A mixture of Vouvray and Chenin Blanc (4 bottles total). If it just needs a new nib, ask Hirsch. I don't know if he's doing any restoration work for anyone else yet, but he does a lot for himself. I've heard him say he can do nibs and resackings in his sleep. Staples. Oh, and: win.

You ever think of using your Sidekick to access something online instead? Like email or IM? Or do you have unlimited texting?

I'm curious what this process will do to a DT770 -- can I bring one over some time? Did you try this on the L3000? I forgot to ask, I'm curious if it can take care of the small midrange swale.

Well, I got to hear a pair of ESW10's recently, but I'm really wishing I had brought along my VTG's, because they are (a) similarly priced (?), and ( similarly sounding. Has anyone compared the two? From memory, they both had a similar sound, but the ESW10's were unamped...I'm wondering which is really better. If they're the same, then there's no point in me getting a pair, as I prefer the closed-ness of the VTG...but damn they sounded better than they had any right to being...

Neko Case posted a bulletin on her MySpace page today announcing that she will be featured on FabChannel.com for a live streamed concert from Amsterdam. The concert will be broadcast live on that website this Sunday morning, Feb. 22, at 10 a.m. Eastern / 7 a.m. Pacific. According to the bulletin, "If you aren't able to catch the live stream, keep checking back to FabChannel as they'll be posting the entire performance for streaming next week!" link
