Thanks everyone. Busy but enjoyable day at work followed by dinner with a friend, not a bad way to spend one's birthday, especially since I will get to spend time with a number of my favorite people over then next 10 days.

I'd get the anova or sansaire circulators at this point. Faster heating, more flexible container sizes, and greater precision for temperature.

Just smoked my second (mid level) dremel tonight, looking for something better for doing stuff like drop through transformer and IEC plug cutouts. Anyone try the rotozip rotosaw+ or dremel 4200? Would be great if it didn't get burning hot in my hands too.
