Steve will not like the timing of this one, because it's one of his favorites. I made Japanese curry with chicken, potatoes and carrots using the frozen curry blocks I made a couple of years ago. The blocks did not suffer from their long rest, and I have a few more blocks, so I can make it again when Steve is here. 😁

Thanks Brent, I will likely be in touch on accessories. Mine has the top tube screen and will pair to my phone for additional controls and the ability to shut the motor down and turn on an alarm with a PIN. It was a fun ride home, and there are some things to learn about cadence and such to get the most out of the assist.

I just cleared out a bunch of boxes of my momentos, family memorabilia, and files from my parents' house that had been in boxes in front of my main rig for many months. I decided to pick a Jeff Beck album (There & Back) from my high school years to celebrate clearing it away (sadly, just into the basement--sorry Marie Kondo). I still like it, but there is a whole lot of Jan Hammer on this album!
