November 26, 201510 yr Went completely different for Thanksgiving for myself and a friend this year. Sous Vide T-bones finished off on a 600 degree grill with mushrooms and oven baked sweet potatoes w/ shallots, bacon, fennel pollen, garlic and thyme. With a little dessert of what i call Cake Soup: angel food cake, rasberry sorbet, rasberries, blueberries and whip cream and a blueberry pie. Had to have Diet Dr. Pepper to start as the wine was still too cold as i forgot to take it out of the fridge. Now i need to take my second trip to the gym today.
