Much like a heavy drinker and his tolerance for alcohol versus someone who is a bit of a lightweight, I have years and years of practice of consumption of the fried delicacy variety. Four eggs, ribeye, smashed avo, two flat whites (one not pictured). Left the tomatoes.

I had Pho Chay, earlier, with tofu and bamboo shoots.  Really tasty, and the vegan broth doesn't stain my clothes, when I inevitably spill broth down the front of my shirt (which did happen tonight).
