Much like a heavy drinker and his tolerance for alcohol versus someone who is a bit of a lightweight, I have years and years of practice of consumption of the fried delicacy variety. I'm tested for early signs of death yearly and always come out to the good.

Four eggs, ribeye, smashed avo, two flat whites (one not pictured). Left the tomatoes.

Earlier today, pho with double-meat:

I had Pho Chay, earlier, with tofu and bamboo shoots.  Really tasty, and the vegan broth doesn't stain my clothes, when I inevitably spill broth down the front of my shirt (which did happen tonight).
