Two things that I've noticed since the upgrade (sorry if both have been mentioned)

When I click on the little arrow in quotes to get linked to the quote firefox brings up the little arrow in a new tab as well as following the link. I haven't figured out how to turn this off. It appears to be due to the arrows being slightly resized in the quote mechanism because when you mouse-over the arrow it says "click to enlarge"

Also in the mobile version when I click "last page" it takes me to the first page of a thread.

Just a random suggestion... Tapatalk has a 85 character limit for thread titles... perhaps you could limit titles to be 85-4 (to account for the "RE: " that is added)? It's not a huge deal, just slightly annoying that you have to edit the title to reply to a post...

I just noticed that every time Grand Enigma posts, it screws up the thread -- can someone fix his custom title, please? It looks like it opens with a bold but closes with an "a" tag -- the close should be a "b", I think.

FYI new maintenance release of vB4 coming next Thursday, it *should* fix several of the bugs mentioned in this thread.

This release 4.0.2 has now been pushed back to the end of next week.

Any chance for the Amazon add-on with the new version?

the previews of posts when you do a search has gone away. Is there a setting I need to change or is this just a attribute of the new vB?

I think it's just all mots, but if Whomever wants to search for starts with "open bold" and ends with "close a tag", that should fix all of them.

I see that, but it'll only let me select 50 at a time despite clicking the check box next to the total # of PM's on the first page.

yup, this is definitely a bug Nate. It used to work.

Sorry if I missed it but why the hell if I click on an image thumbnail do I get a separate window/tab with the thumbnail image in it as well as the nice multi-image interface? Figured it was getting fixed but after weeks like that I finally tried it in IE and firefox and it still does it in both. Appears to be something to do with the html source.

If I click one of the two images I get the thumbnail in a new tab in Firefox.

upgrade to 4.02 is complete, i still have to go back in and make a few changes to templates so if you see anything weird looking just ignore it.

ok all done re-doing some template edits, everything should be normal now.
