Looked at ingredients and the list is fairly short, many items I already have. How easy are pickles to make? I want to make my own variety, especially with my favorite rocoto peppers, or at least red hot cherry peppers and Thai or Korean peppers. Cleanliness is the key ingredient, right? Report
