I have a bad reading habit. Most times I tend to pick up a book, start reading, I'll finish it without too much of a "time off." However there are a few that I have started and have taken a break from. Interestingly, I do seem to remember and ponder what's going on with the characters exactly at the place/time where I left them while I am off. There are some extreme examples.... Its my junior year of college and I've been thinking of either grad school for biomedical engineering (which is what my major is right now) or medical school. In terms of requirements, I'm pretty set in either direction, but I need to study for the MCATs if I decide to apply for med school. I'm pretty set for GREs. Have you ever wanted to go up to some person and ask him a totally random question just to see how he'd react? I admit that I sometimes want to do that at my Customs job, after asking the standard "where you been, got anything to declare?" stuff I feel like saying something really random and weird just for the hell of it. Questions like "what's the flaccid to errect size ratio of your penis?" or "did you know that an iPod will fit up your vagina?" So what are the random questions you feel like asking people?

Our dryer is slowly dying. Anyone get a gas dryer that they really like or know models to avoid? I don't need any fancy smartphone technology shit, just one that works, doesn't break for a long time (or ever, yeah right), and get really really hot*. Unfortunately, they don't seem to publish dryer temperatures. I also don't want something with a steam feature. I would prefer to have a dryer with a detachable rack for drying sweaters, shoes, etc but that is not a necessity. As all of you have no doubt heard, Sen. John McCain just had surgery where they were able to get most but not all of a Glioblastoma. It's a very invasive form of brain cancer and the Senator may well have another big fight on his hands. While I don't agree with a lot of the Senator's politics, I've always found him to be a stand-up guy in a profession where that's becoming harder to find. He's crossed party lines to work with Dems on several issues, he's a patriot and I don't give a flyin' Fark what Trump said about him, he is a hero of war.
