Hey guys, New guy here, just found this place recently. I was previously on a *ahem* other forum of the similar nature. I don't have much in terms of setup, with a Sony PCM-D50 as a portable source and a vintage Luxman CD player as desktop. The MDR-EX1000 are probably my "only" headphones. I also have the ER-4PT in a drawer but I rarely listen to that. Don't know what else to say... Anyone else played Fate/stay night here? Have a nice day y'all!

The boy wants to be Dr. Horrible for Halloween and of course waited until now to figure out the costume. The "Howie" lab coat below is the preferred style, although buttons would be even better than snaps apparently, but to get it in time will be over $100 of shipping. Any of you scientific type 'Casers have access to such a coat that you could FedEx to me? Willing to pay but thinking that $100+ for shipping is a bit much. Let me know if you can help. Thanks.

To our fellow canadians who have shipped to the states - what is your experience regarding shipping carriers and our borders in assessing import/duty fees? I picked up a mapletree used on audiogon and would like some info on how to avoid them if it is an issue.

Currently, I'm driving a '91 Honda Accord with about 120,000 miles. It's in wonderful condition...but it has no AC. Now, living in Pittsburgh this wouldn't be a problem, but now I'm in Houston. Before moving down here I thought I'd be able to tough it out until the end of the year, but my sweaty balls are begging for a new car now. Originally I wanted to buy a lightly used car, but now I'm starting to get interested in leasing a brand new one. Given I live 3 miles from my office, restaurants, stores, banks, etc I won't have a problem staying under 12,000 miles a year. I lost my shure se530's a couple of days ago and I"ve torn the house apart and can't find them and I don't think I will. I won't be able to afford to replace them for a very long time. :'(
