Well, just wondering if anybody watched E3 this year. Not the craziest year, but Final Fantasy XIII going to the 360 is a pretty big deal. There was some cool stuff from the developers too. If anybody watched it, what did you think?

Ico and Shadow of the Colossus are two of my favorite PS2 games. I highly recommend any PS2 owners get these two games, you should be able to find both for under $20 each. Ico Shadow of the Colossus Both games have the most realistic environments I've ever seen in a video game and really make you feel like you're part of the castle or the imaginary world of SotC.

Anyone played it? When I was in high school I was pretty obsessed with DDR and ITG, but once I got into college I lost my access to any local machines so I picked up the pc alternative. For those not in the know, pretty much you mash the shit out of a keyboard in attempt to hit different combinations of arrows that are matched up with keys on your keyboard. It can get pretty nuts.

So I told myself I wouldn't play Fallout 3 until I completely exhausted Oblivion. Well I haven't completely exhausted Oblivion, but I thought I'd play Fallout 1 and 2 before I play Fallout 3. I actually never played the original Fallout games. Fallout 1 is great! Definitely holds up, and I'm really enjoying it. Well, up until now. I was doing the Brotherhood mission to head to the glow. I'm not using a walkthrough or anything, but I did read to get some Rad-X and Radaway. I took some rad-x before I went in, and ran the whole dungeon, but now I always die a short while after I leave. Since I live in the orient, where real, legal PS3 games are a thing of the past, I have to order physical games online. I ordered "Last of Us" on father's day (or to be precise, I ordered it and told my wife that the dog ordered it as a father's day present) and finally got it in. Open it up, dust off the never-used PS3, and it can't read the disc. Can't read any other game disc, either. It just makes the "eject" sound, and fails to initialize. FFuuuuuuu... So I order another drive after wading through a goddamn WaReZ nightmare of finding part numbers and sifting through descriptions of long-since unused parts. One of the only game series that excites me anymore, mostly due to a lack of time for more involved games. I mainly just explore and blow stuff up. Has anyone played this yet? The reviews are really good and it sounds like an RPG done right, with the decision making.

I bought this game a few days ago and I can't stop playing. The game is amazing. It's become one of my favorite mario games ever. I like it even better than SMB3 (and I know such a claim is blasphemy!). It starts off way too easy but after the first 60 stars you collect then the game has a sharp incline of difficulty and that's when it gets fun. There is so much variety with the exception of collecting 100 purple coins in every level that something almost always feels fresh. I highly recommend this game.

Purchased it when it came out and bought it again when I got the Orange Box, so I have an extra copy. First PM gets it.
