Greg and Stretch, awesome looking stuff. We took what can be a tough cut of meat, an eye of round roast, sous vide for 26 hours at 131F, and seared for about 5 minutes on a stonking hot Weber Genesis. The result was amazingly tender and juicy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk7 points

Blown motor out. New motor ready to go in. 7-8 quarts of oil to clean....that's a lot when it aerates. Went all the way to the rear and on top of the chute as an example...impressive. Decided to add a midplate for stability Test fitting HS5 points

Fucking Brent. Not only does he clip through me, he takes out Chris twice with a little roundhouse kick there at the end.3 points

Lots of awesome stuff on this page. Greg, one of these days... I had a bag of deep fried gizzards this weekend. They were delicious. Today: Honeyhole. Hello old friend.2 points

I can't modify my springs and stay in GS. The car handles great already but is actually a little tail happy which the sway bar improves a lot. Apparently the shocks help you get a wider handling sweet spot. People basically say the shocks don't make you faster but make it easier to go fast. I ordered them at the same time because I thought it would be worth doing both but as I look at wheels and rubber it gets harder to see the value of one upgraded corner vs the advantages described. We'll see what the return shipping will be to tire rack and make a decision1 point

Wow, lot's of great food on this page! That round of rib looks fantastic! One of the dishes I had on Monday evening had absinthe in the sauce, I think it was the Piranha dish and it was an amazing blend of flavors. Agree, $80 of electricity from just two sessions with the meat boiler seems a bit much. Are you starting to leave your headphone amp on 24/7?1 point

I had this discussion with a client recently. Had to explain that now is present tense and does not denote a future event. His response was not "now, now"... "later now," apparently.1 point

On the bright side, the meet is in a month, not right now, so you have plenty of time! **BRENT**1 point

For 10 mile rides, I'd totally get some shorts. I think it will help more than a new seat. **BRENT**1 point

Awesome indeed, but shouldn't that be "differently-abled", or "special" http://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/111450.html1 point

I got my ass handed to me. I did like the B Pillar location though Edit: Turned out I got 3rd out of 6. The guy I was talking to destroyed everyone so I was more competitive than I thought in the rest.1 point
