  6. I ran into her music a couple of years ago. If memory serves me she's a bit of a trip in real life. I dig the edge she puts into the old school style and she's certainly not hard on the eyes. Nice to see proper videos made these days. Before MTV went seed with non-stop reality TV B.S. I was in a heavy '80s rotation today and the streaming service tossed me this tune I used to listen to quite a bit... HS

  8. Mine has been on Nougat for quite a while now (7.1.1 now) and while I am not a power user by any means, I have no complaints. It has worked flawlessly as far as I am aware. Obviously I cannot speak to your particular device.

  11. I don't think it should be as bad as the jump to marshmallow with its permission requests and storage changes that developers weren't prepared for. If you are on MM already, I'd go for it. XDA developers forum for your phone would be a good place to check out how others are fairing if you're on the fence.

  12. I almost always do the updates, but mine are (mildly) vetted by Verizon, so I probably won't get that for another week or two.

  13. With top Thanks. I buy my boxes in MODU and then I do the mechanised ones myself with the help of a drill, Dremel and a lot of patience. That's why my boxes have simple designs and are so similar. I admire the cases that make other members much more elaborate than mine but with my tools and skills I can't do much more.

  21. Documenting how these are configured: Vbe multiplier: R17-R18: 3.3K R62: 1K VR3: 20K R19-R20: 2K Mods: Cordell zobels: 100pf / 90.9R from gate to ground (Cordell uses 39pf / 100R) Fair-rite ferrites (2773009112)) in series with gate resistor (cut gate traces) Gate stoppers: 47R Current feedback loop: 10K / 1K / 10pf (R55 / R56 / C1). I will try going back to the stock 1K / 100R on this. I would not even consider using the mid feedback point; last time I tried it (after board was working), it oscillated badly with no phones/output plugged in. I am going to solder the jumpers in place on this.

  22. Go for muons instead. 200 times heavier than electrons. They only live for a couple of microseconds for an added sense of speed

  26. Here are the boards mounted to the heatsinks. One small mod wire as the bloody layout software doesn't check the ground plane for continuity... The board has already been through major revisions to adapt this to mass production and I doubt I am done.
