Well, decided to terminate my contact after the inspection. Did lose some time and money but thinks its the right decision. There will be cool houses in the future.5 points

I call it Three Rib-Eye Pie. In truth, I just seasoned them this way and then grilled them. I was hungry and had people waiting so I didn't take after pics. Tasty, though.4 points

That's too bad, Shelly. When we had the inspection done on our house, the inspector was literally laughing during the process. He thought nobody would be dumb enough to buy a house that needed so much work. But he had not met the likes of us! We managed to get the seller to do $35K worth or maintenance - basically everything significant mentioned in the report. I think the agents on both sides were shocked that he agreed to it.3 points

simplified schematic just updated, I got the current sources flipped. when put in the test position, it puts fixed resistors to the plates of the tubes to -15 so then you adjust the main offset and differential. then move back to the on position and further adjust the servo pots. when working right, keeps the outputs to less than 100mv. but range is very tight.3 points

Burgers. I derped when making the buns, but they still tasted good. I need to use my grinder more often, the fresh beef was delicious. https://imgur.com/a/og41c2 points

Sorry guys! Today was a bit of craziness - trying to get all the finances in order as I wasn't expecting to do this, and certainly not this quickly! I thought I posted here but I guess not. The inspection is tomorrow at 1pm. Hopefully all goes well. If so, the closing is on August 15. Yikes!2 points

I read the inspection report and I think she made the correct decision, all things considered.1 point

Very slowly coming along... just noting the size difference. What is everyone using for the right angle headers? I bought some 4 pin headers for the main 4 pins but ground pin is off to the side, maybe just airwire that one? Also are you socketing the headers or directly soldering? If socketing what are you using?1 point

Very nice addition to a retro-cool system. I would think that a little more spread on those speakers would be an improvement in stereo imaging though.1 point

Thanks for all the great info. in the previous comments. I just purchased an M-22 a short while ago and did a fairly extensive rebuild myself. I replaced all the Electrolytic Caps and burnished the contacts on all the relays. During the process I accidentally popped/shorted one of the output transistors and had to source a replacement. Once I got the replacement, I re-seated all the main transistors and added new thermal compound and adjusted the idle current and output. The power section of one of the boards gets quite hot so I replaced the Diodes and Ceramic caps there leaving additional space for air flow. Lastly, I added larger rubber mounting feet for air flow and cable routing.1 point
