It was last night, but I had a Century Burger at Belcampo: a 100-day dry aged steak burger with a half-inch slab of raclette cheese, whole-grain mustard aioli, caramelized onions, arugula, and a spritz of 100-proof whisky on a sesame-seed brioche bun. And beef tallow fries on the side. Pretty damn good, though $28 is steep for a burger.1 point

Now *this* is a sausage (a Cumberland Sausage) Not for breakfast, but with a variety of things like onion gravy, mashed potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, chips. Or all of that in a very large Yorkshire pudding. My mouth is watering. Oh yes - Google is your friend!1 point
