I use the Kalita Wave 185. I'd say the Hario V60 is more popular, so probably the safest bet for single cup. For multiple cups, the Chemex would be my choice.

I listened to that yesterday.

I prefer dark chocolate myself, but if I were to make a life sized moose out of chocolate (and who hasn't thought of that?), I would want it to last. So, milk chocolate might make more sense. Of course non of this makes any sense whatsoever.
