Do you have some information to justify that speculation, or are you making it up? Grados have always been made in brooklyn, it'd be pretty shocking if that changed.

That wasn't the same grado, and the hp1000 almost put grado out of business.

Look at it like an expensive dac, with a free ipod dock, instead of an expensive ipod dock with a built in dac. Or a dac with an spdif out

Went to work at 10am yesterday. Worked until 10am today. Drove home (2 hrs) in a snowstorm that was all show (poor visibility) and no go (not much stuck). Got home to a gift from San Francisco via Delaware, so now I need to find someone to drive to delaware with me for some heavy drinking.
