  1. Now see, there's a guy who knows how to study the welcome PM. One year from joining to posting 5 words. Bravo.
  2. Sorry for the slow response and need for foot tapping. I liked the album but only listened once. Solid music, really nice vocals and even scatting that did not bother and annoy me. Give her a listen. Now playing Sketches if Spain in Antonio's honor.
  3. Hoppy Birthday Younger! Glad it had a good start and hoping you have more good times to come. Cheers buddy!
  4. Brent, that was a waking nightmare I am sure and very happy to hear it turned out fine. Take it easy this weekend. Steve, I am so sorry to hear about Fred but it sounds like it happened about as well as you could hope. You take it easy this weekend, too. Rest in peace Fred, and thanks for being such a good buddy to Steve.

I would love to borrow the discs, Ric. I almost did the same thing because I would like to watch it way faster than Netflix sends them. Thanks!
  6. Have a great day Laine. We miss you around here but hope you are doing well. Cheers!

  8. Happy birthday!
  9. I' thoroughly enjoying the cover art. EDIT: Rhapsody has them under "Pop" and lists similar albums as Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, Sting, Avril Lavigne, etc.

  16. Your link is a lie! Congrat on the purchase, though.
  17. I guess this proves there is way more magic in Florida than Texas.
  18. Esperanza Spalding -- Chamber Music Society
  19. Cool idea, thanks for the linky.
  20. Sadly, I have had the same thoughts in this regard. But then I make another drink and forget all about it...
  21. Jeremy Messersmith -- The Reluctant Graveyard
  22. Jim's link is probably more than you need to know (haven't watched it) but the original method is dripping water over a sugar cube into some absinthe, but it is also an ingredient in tons of cocktails. Drinking it neat wouldn't be the norm.
  23. You'll be happy you did Mike.
  24. Lissie -- Catching a Tiger
