I personally also enjoy Wall-E and BBC's Planet earth a LOT on Blu-Ray, they would be my first choices (sadly, that went to the dark knight for my first). Anime seems like a really good choice too if your into that sort of thing. My collection also includes Baraka, Slumdog millionaire, There Will Be Blood and Cool Hand Luke in BR. I still buy DVDs when I can find them for $5 a pop and don't really care about the picture quality or sound quality as much on those titles.
