August 30, 201412 yr comment_650583 Nice watch. I've played with that one a few times at the store and like the white, grey and blue dials. Hard to decide which color is better when you see them all in person. Report

September 19, 201411 yr comment_653103 Noice! I've actually been wearing my Suuto Core (black) again the last few weeks and remembering why I bought it in the first place. Report
September 19, 201411 yr comment_653110 I got rid of my stupid activity tracking watch and I've been rotating through my Zenith El Primero, Breitling Emergency and Suunto Ambit 2 on a daily basis. Each one is different but I think I probably like tha Ambit the best. Report

October 8, 201411 yr comment_655625 I picked up this black Luminox Colormark up last week with a partial trade of a couple of Eco-Drive perpetual calendar chronographs. It's the steel version with screw down crown and case-back. I'm down to one titanium Eco-Drive perpetual calendar now, but I wear my Luminox 1842 Field Chronograph more anyway. I love the tritium gas tubes for night viewing (thought about buying Marc's Ball swiss auto for that reason). So, now I have a black Colormark to go with my previous white one (below). They're very comfortable, but I did replace the rubber strap with another Luminox strap that fits me a little better. Report
October 14, 201411 yr comment_656355 This is a watch thread, right? As I have mentioned, I grew up in the antique business. My father left behind a lot of stuff. I found this today while cleaning: Dunno a thing about it. Report

October 14, 201411 yr comment_656363 I dont know if it will be any help, but the odd dial just below the 12'oclock position (from 40 to 0) appears to be a winding indicator. http://elginwatches.org/scans/sales_catalogs/1917_Oskamp-Nolting/m_pg_E3.html Edited: I found this too. http://www.bogoff.com/pocket/6727.html Edited October 14, 201411 yr by nikongod Report
