August 30, 201411 yr Nice watch. I've played with that one a few times at the store and like the white, grey and blue dials. Hard to decide which color is better when you see them all in person.
September 7, 201411 yr I ended up listing some items and would entertain HC pricing, but no trades unfortunately:http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=1069281http://forums.watchuseek.com/showthread.php?t=1070641 Edited September 7, 201411 yr by luvdunhill
September 8, 201411 yr yeah, they are a lot of fun, but looking to try something else... perhaps the Omega 8508..
September 9, 201411 yr This one is my favourite, a 40 years old 23 jewels automatic Seiko. Non Stop, no service, and some electrical discharges... ------ Desde el otro lado ------- Edited September 9, 201411 yr by Sr Marqués

September 10, 201411 yr This one is my favourite, a 40 years old 23 jewels automatic Seiko. Non Stop, no service, and some electrical discharges... ------ Desde el otro lado ------- My father had that same watch. Maybe slightly different face, but same case.
September 19, 201411 yr Actually it moved out of Customs yesterday morning and it left Champaign at 4:40 this morning.
September 19, 201411 yr Noice! I've actually been wearing my Suuto Core (black) again the last few weeks and remembering why I bought it in the first place.
September 19, 201411 yr I got rid of my stupid activity tracking watch and I've been rotating through my Zenith El Primero, Breitling Emergency and Suunto Ambit 2 on a daily basis. Each one is different but I think I probably like tha Ambit the best.
September 19, 201411 yr Yeah. I want the D9TX dive watch but I haven't gone diving in a decade or more. It's just very cool.
September 19, 201411 yr This thread makes me want a nice new warch, but I'd break/damage it at work real fast.
September 21, 201411 yr It is really nice. The craftsmanship is very good and I love it's overall simplicity. Excellent suggestion sir.
October 8, 201411 yr I picked up this black Luminox Colormark up last week with a partial trade of a couple of Eco-Drive perpetual calendar chronographs. It's the steel version with screw down crown and case-back. I'm down to one titanium Eco-Drive perpetual calendar now, but I wear my Luminox 1842 Field Chronograph more anyway. I love the tritium gas tubes for night viewing (thought about buying Marc's Ball swiss auto for that reason). So, now I have a black Colormark to go with my previous white one (below). They're very comfortable, but I did replace the rubber strap with another Luminox strap that fits me a little better.
October 14, 201411 yr This is a watch thread, right? As I have mentioned, I grew up in the antique business. My father left behind a lot of stuff. I found this today while cleaning: Dunno a thing about it.

October 14, 201411 yr I dont know if it will be any help, but the odd dial just below the 12'oclock position (from 40 to 0) appears to be a winding indicator. http://elginwatches.org/scans/sales_catalogs/1917_Oskamp-Nolting/m_pg_E3.html Edited: I found this too. http://www.bogoff.com/pocket/6727.html Edited October 14, 201411 yr by nikongod
October 14, 201411 yr Fob watches are cool. Now get a monocle. Waistcoat, gold chain, Top Hat, gloves and (sword) cane not included.
October 14, 201411 yr Great aunt's pocket watch. We had it repaired a few years ago along with my great grandmother's mantle clock . Edited October 15, 201411 yr by Dreadhead
