Personally, I'll never do a watch without box and papers... No specific reason, just part of the province for me.

I like the yellow contrast stitching, but would consider other options as well. I've also seen some interesting "nylon" woven bands, but not sure what they are called. They look like very thick threaded, synthetic thread, more more "bulky" looking than a typical Nato. I'm not sure the name exactly. I always felt that Natos were just a bit "thin" feeling, the ones I had in the past were Maratec branded.

 

Also, I saw that the new Bond version of this watch has a nice strap included, which looks like sailcloth with an Omega deployant:

 

 

That would be cool, if I could score that. Any idea the part number at Ofrei for that Omega deployant?

I prefer the Omega band by a large margin.  Specifically what I don't like about the Hirsch is what appears to be a large yellow reveal on the side of the strap.  Too much for an accent, in my book.

It's hard to say without knowing what size the strap is at the buckle.  I would just buy a plan ol' Omega buckle.

 

My understanding is the Omega Deployant is 18mm for the straps that are 20mm at the watch case (tapered strap).

I received the custom Horween shell cordovan strap that I ordered from Jankoxxx a couple weeks ago.  It's extremely high quality.  I haven't received my DateJust end links yet, but here is a picture of the strap on the DJ.  The Jubilee bracelet is just a little bit too shiny for me, in many situations, so this gives me an alternative,  I like it a lot.

I decided on three straps that add up to what I would have paid for the Hirsch: the Brady, a Nato with yellow edging and a Hadley Roma rubber strap with yellow accents.

Also ordered some of my favorite matches and a bike rack top tube adapter, all in the span of like 5 minutes, on my phone. Consumerism at its finest.

Would you suggest using the Omega pin on the quasi-slotted Brady, or using the Brady slotted tongue on the Omega buckle, or . . .

Personally, I love that watch on the bracelet.  I've owned both the 38.5mm Skyfall AT and the 41mm Master Co-Axial blue version, and tried both with a leather strap and the bracelet just makes it POP!

 

[On the other hand, the leather strap was the blue Hirsch heavy calf with white stitching that looks odd on my Rolex BLNR.  And it was slightly too fat to fit the 19mm lugs on the Skyfall AT anyway, and then the bezel on the Rolex chewed up the end of the strap as well]

It's a bit on the smaller side for my tastes, but I'm liking my first Citizen Eco-Drive.

Congrats!  I bought that watch but on a Ti bracelet a couple of years ago and really like it, but mine is all satin finish without the polished bezel.  It only gained 48 seconds last year.  I'd usually wear it golfing as it disappears on the wrist and seems to take the shocks well.

 

Then my son wanted one too and he got your exact model with the leather strap, but they threw in a navy blue canvas Citizen signed strap with it.  He's left it on the navy canvas strap since day one, and gave me the leather strap that he doesn't like.

The butterfly clasp is a bit annoying, only one side separates when I press the button and I have to pry with my fingernail to get the other side out. I guess I am too lazy for that.

Looks like a very solid choice.

My vice-parents gave me a gold, automatic, center seconds and date Maurice Lacroix in 1990, for finishing school and passing the public examinations to become a specialist. I've used it a lot, on a daily basis for five years when I received it, then from time to time. Wife used it for a whole year like two years ago, it's a small watch like 32mm or so, specially for modern standards. I've replaced its lizard strap like three times, so you get the idea of the use it's received.

Last week has been the first time I took it for servicing in more than twenty years, because the watch run, but behind for about a minute/day which is far from normal. They say it's mostly OK but that one of the gears is worn out and needs replacement, also the bearing--of the flywheel I guess--. Not bad at all for a "second or third tier" mechanical watch.

I agree with Jacob, Maurice Lacroix received a bad consideration for making affordable quartz watches, but their mechanical ones and their design are pretty good. Still some snobs will look at it over the shoulder with disdain.

Google says it's someone that acts as a parent but isn't.  In this case my bet is that it's something akin to a godparent.
