Last lunch at Ms, had the duck confit, ny strip, and a meatball. Was pretty awesome.

^^^ Definitely!  Transporter is ON, and set to delicious.  

Mapley, baconey, and fry-ey.  It disappeared in under a minute.

I had some delicious Pad Thai from Pa Nuang Thai restaurant near me -- despite having no decent Chinese places near me, I have a plethora of really good Thai places -- pretty much every single one.

Fried maple bacon and pad Thai are both salivation inducing except I just finished a beef burger with bacon and blue cheese in the grind, grilled corn and a salad. Very tasty indeed

Steak from the Latin restaurant down the street.

Leftover sous vide brisket and pork chops earlier, now blueberries and raspberries in raw milk.  Outstanding!

Resting gives a better crust.  That's it.
