opened up the weber a few weeks ago and the rusted bottom dropped out and the thing collapsed.

red actually. was looking at the green egg but the kamodo has an infinitely better heavy duty spring loaded hinge that holds the top in any position. total weight of this beast is close to 400 lbs. not easy to move. but unlike the weber which topped out at about 450F, this easily gets to 900F. tonight, tomahawk steak.

Balduk...er...I mean...buldak...but oven roasted rather than skillet fried...I don't know why, but I prefer this method of cooking.

No cheese, no rice cakes, but I did a thing of rice, which soaked up the leftover buldak paste just fine.

Had chicken mole in Park City. After a 45-minute wait for my dish to arrive, I was disturbed to realize that I may have lost my sense of taste as the meal was devoid of any flavors. I was certain I had contracted Covid on the plane ride to Youtah. Thankfully when I took a sip of my warm Margarita, I had the overwhelming flavor of radiator fluid and Yak musk. Don't ask how I know these flavors and aromas; I had a very interesting childhood...
