You should be banned for mentioning it... but, I am curious - how many new registrations have occurred this week, and what does the traffic graph show? Seeing a LOT more familiar names from 'over there'.

Yep. Al (MrSlacker) pointed me to this place...at first I laughed because I figured it'll just be an extension of head-fi....but it seems alright here (so far). I guess I wont have any need to visit head-fi whenever it goes back online.

Another transfer over from the 'fi. Definitely sounds bad over there.

On the bright side, I just saved a ton of money on my car insurace!

I dropped off earlier this year due to some extreme hours at work and tons of family stuff. Nothing bad, just unholy busy. Still lurked to keep up on the latest every week or two. And I *never* stopped listening to the cans.

It is good to see a lot of familiar faces here.

The freedom is nice -- half of my posts that I've made here likely would have been removed at the Fi. I came this close to being banned about six months ago by the monkey mod for saying something that was nowhere near post-deletion worthy, let alone ban-threat worthy.
