Certainly feels like the most stable .0 release I can remember, and I've never had the patience to wait for a first update!

Does the ipod touch's battery last longer than the iphone's or are they about the same?  I suddenly just realized that the ipod touch and iphone have 128GB capacity which may mean that I don't need my ipod classic anymore. 

From what I've read at pricenfees is that the ipod touch battery life should last longer simply because there is no cellular service, which requires quite a bit of battery to continuously power.

The 9 update bricked my wife's iPad, which I've never experienced before in quite a few years of Apple product ownership. Luckily it's a work-issue device.

I've had a few issues with the iPhone since updating.  Last night the screen decided that it no longer wanted to recognize touch requiring a hard reboot and I've had more app crashes and issues in the last two days than I had in the previous month.  Here's to hoping that it's a short-lived condition.

Just set up your iCloud account and it will auto-back up when plugged in overnight.  I'm guessing you'll be fine with the 5GB you get for free.  I pay for the 200GB due to the number of photos I need to back up at this point.

^ If you have a MAC, those are getting pulled into Photos already... no need to really backup everything in that manor.

You can now get 50GB for $0.99mo up from the 20GB it previously was which isn't horrible.

Google Photos also does an excellent job of backing up images with unlimited storage space...their search is scary too.

Flickr does full rez backups automatically too if you want.

If optical image stabilization is a determining factor in your 6S v. 6S+ choice...

Is it me or do the colors look more natural on the 6S vs S+?  In may of those shots, to these eyes and on these monitors, the S+ images look a little greyed out or less saturated.

Something is going on. Not sure which is more natural, but especially those statue shots are, as you mentioned, quite different. White balance? 

6s users - Does anyone know how to change the Contacts that pop up when 3d-touching the Phone icon?

Found out I could roll my personal number over to my companies plan, which they did Friday. With that sorted out and knowing which carrier, went to order an iPhone 6s+ today on Apple.com. Last screen asks for phone number. Could not verify mine. Called Apple - new iPhones for business accounts will be available "in about three months" (though willing to sell me a 5s today!). Hinted going to AT&T may result differently. Drove over. "Your name isn't on the account." Couldn't see history/it being my line three business days ago. Can't sell "as an accessory", must be tied to an account even if just paying for in full/unlocked and moving SIM card over. Excitement of possible new phone is quickly diminishing. Grrrr. 

Back to iPhone 5 which won't hold a charge.
