I need some recommendations for an Android TV box. No Amazon products. I need it to replace a Tivo mini. I'm looking for it to support the Tivo app so I can stream from my DVR (tivo bolt), Netflix, Hulu, and prime and the upcoming Disney+ This is stemming from the app performance of the Tivo mini. Hulu, Prime, and Netflix all crash and Disney+ will not be available as an app for Tivo or through Amazon channels, or on Amazon fire devices so I'd like to kill two birds by replacing the mini with an Android TV device. I just missed the auction of CDP, man, fucking IT people, at my office, just make impossible to bid, damnnnnnn.... We had an X-mas drink at our canteen, so, I went to my PC to make my fucking bid to UNISON CDP, but they have planned some fucking upgrade at the same time, cos everyone was away from their PC's, so, INTERNET simply was DOWN for 10 minutes, while the auction was ending in the same 10 minutes time, CAN YOU BELIEVE IT!? Are there any "tapers" around here? I played in bands for years, also have been in to recording/production of other bands over the years. But still, I find nothing to be nearly as fun as stealthing in to some bar/club otherwise "venue" ... with permission or not (Noah and the Whale's tour manager recently kicked me out of a show) and taping/recording the performance with the only requirement to make it sound like it sounded when I heard it/saw/listened to it. And then publishing it. I write as a trade; I also have made original music as a trade and so intellectual property shit is not an issue; I buy.
