While looking for something to read I happened upon a review of Mike Resnick's book Birthright: The Book of Man (1982). I don't know how this slipped under my radar. I suppose I was either under the water (On a Submarine), or in a drunken haze. In either case I'm searching for a copy to borrow. So does anyone have this book? And I suppose more importantly, is anyone willing to lend it to me? Purtty Please.

Well, I am not a father myself and not entirely sure that I will ever be one, but this day still means a hell of a lot to me and given the demographic of our group, I assume it means as much to many of you. Hi! Some of you might already know that I started a small headphone related wiki a few years back. It is coming along nicely, but I only know so much and only have a little time to update it with info. A lot of folks joined and contributed a ton of information, but more is always better. This is basically my Modus Operandi: I am not sure how many of you want to contribute or even know about it, but if you do please join and help us all out. Sorry for posting it this here but I was hoping this might be of interest to some of you.

Too bad about his passing yesterday. I can't believe his wife, which he was in divorce proceedings with, actually tried to tell the judge that he wasn't as sick as he was making out to be. If you saw him on Hollywood Blvd., you could see he was pretty frail. RIP Dennis.
