So I really like the look of slow motion (and am thinking that with Bobby, it's going to be necessary). What's the best bang-for-the-buck camera that I want? Most of the ones that do 60fps seem to be just less than what I want to do, and 120fps seems to be enough, although I could probably be convinced one way or the other -- my research kind of sucks in this realm. Any additional thoughts would be welcome. Is it just fps that I'm worried about, or are there other parameters? I have to admit to beeing full newb on this.

Does anybody use Earthlinks DSL-based local phone service?Impressions? QOS? Is it great? Does it suck? It just came available in my neighborhood. I would so enjoy saying goodbye to ATT. I currently use Earthlink for DSL. It's fine. Nothing extreme to report good or bad.

Saturday was one of those days. Listened to music on different systems from 10:00 til 7:00. Started out at the Zu Audio demo here ATL. Got to Here the new essence, definition and a prototype they are putting out shortly. The Defenition was a very good speaker, (they all were really) Listened to them with Pass XA30.5 and pass new preamp. Also with a 2.5 watt tube monos, and the Peachtree Nove. On my way back from Alabama I made a little detour in Kentucky to stop at the Buffalo Trace distillery. They are the makers of some local favorites such as Sazerac, George T. Stagg, and the Van Winkle line. Figured I would share some pictures from my tour. Yep!!! I sent an item to Scottland using Canada Post. The last info on their incredible precise tracking service said that the package left the country (Montreal by air) on the 23 october. Seems that the plane has not touch the ground since... I was wondering since a lot of you guys are so good with numbers and related science stuff....what is, by now, your evaluation of the package location in our solar system.... Amicalement

I seem to have lost my camera. It was quite old and not very good anyway. I'm in the market to get a new one. Wants: Ease of use. I'm not much of a photographer, but would like to be able to quickly, easily take a pic without much fuss and bother. Small size and fairly durable. Can drop in my purse without fear (my purse is actually very neat with no random debris lying about the bottom). Not expensive. Since I have no plans to use it often, I see no need to spend big bucks on this. I'm looking at $100-300. I've been looking around at cameras, and there are hundred that seem to fit my want list.
