Parasound has amazing Customer Service. After a google search I was unable to find a schematic for my Parasound DAC. Failing that, this past Saturday, I sent an email to their service department. Within minutes Richard replied that he would look when he got into the office on Monday. I was surprised at the quick response, and on a Saturday at that. Today, Sunday, I received an email from Tony with the schematic attached. How's that for customer service?

This is kind of sad. Yep!!! I sent an item to Scottland using Canada Post. The last info on their incredible precise tracking service said that the package left the country (Montreal by air) on the 23 october. Seems that the plane has not touch the ground since... I was wondering since a lot of you guys are so good with numbers and related science stuff....what is, by now, your evaluation of the package location in our solar system.... Amicalement

Currently, I'm driving a '91 Honda Accord with about 120,000 miles. It's in wonderful condition...but it has no AC. Now, living in Pittsburgh this wouldn't be a problem, but now I'm in Houston. Before moving down here I thought I'd be able to tough it out until the end of the year, but my sweaty balls are begging for a new car now. Originally I wanted to buy a lightly used car, but now I'm starting to get interested in leasing a brand new one. Given I live 3 miles from my office, restaurants, stores, banks, etc I won't have a problem staying under 12,000 miles a year. Hey guys, New guy here, just found this place recently. I was previously on a *ahem* other forum of the similar nature. I don't have much in terms of setup, with a Sony PCM-D50 as a portable source and a vintage Luxman CD player as desktop. The MDR-EX1000 are probably my "only" headphones. I also have the ER-4PT in a drawer but I rarely listen to that. Don't know what else to say... Anyone else played Fate/stay night here? Have a nice day y'all!

To our fellow canadians who have shipped to the states - what is your experience regarding shipping carriers and our borders in assessing import/duty fees? I picked up a mapletree used on audiogon and would like some info on how to avoid them if it is an issue.
