  1. Here’s Arna. She's around 14 months old and has been in my care around 2 months ago, she’s a real sweetheart.

  4. Great, ain’t it?!? In all seriousness, my blue 2009 Dodge Challenger R/T weighs more due to the addition of safety and go-fast kit and is ~1.5 seconds faster in the quarter mile at this point. Low 10’s @ 13x mph vs 8.7 secs @ 161 mph in the quarter is a huge delta. The Demon sure is nicer to drive though HS

  8. The blower I posted pics of is definitely a replica - there are only two of the 40 originals in existence. But it produces 182hp using 10lbs per square inch of boost from the supercharger and a top speed of up to 120mph. Engine was a 4.4 litre straight four with twin carbs. Physically it was pretty imposing. 14 foot 4 inches long. There is a good write up here https://www.telegraph.co.uk/motoring/classiccars/10068232/Bentley-4-Litre-Blower-review.html Particularly that there are reputedly 100 replicas out there

  9. I'm sorry, Ozgur. I had to fire somebody, today, but at least I looked happy doing it.

  10. They are pretty small by comparison to a modern race car, but not at all flimsy -- built like tanks under the skin. Know I posted about it maybe a year back, but this reminds me again of when I got to see maybe my favorite car ever taken out for one of its few drives a year at the Brooklands Museum. http://www.speedhunters.com/2013/01/napier-railton-car-feature/

  11. Spotted on a walk this weekend. Bentley Blower. Probably a replica, but still at least $1.5m worth.

  13. My wife and I walked around a hippie college town here in Ohio, then we hiked (the planned activity) for five or so miles, then we rock climbed, hen we hiked back, and then we watched The Road, which Colie had never seen. A combination of losing lots of weight and working out with weights really surprised me when I nearly launched myself when I went over the lip of a boulder, today. I am now starting to believe that I’m not fat, I think. I’m not exactly thin, though, but it’s getting there.

  14. If you like the Railmaster you should check out the upcoming JLC Polaris. I think one of these on stainless will be what I replace my Submariner with as my daily beater watch.

  15. Spent a nice afternoon at my dad and stepmom's, good food & good people. Got a rare pic of me with my two brothers and sister (officially adopted step-sister, but...sister). I'm the one with the least hair. Oh, and the big smiles were not due to being together, but because of FLUFFY, which Alexa found for us (EDIT: I JUST found out, the backing band for Gloria was Psychotic Pineapple!)

  18. For a Golden Ear probably Rudistor. Otherwise Ray Samuels, amazing building quality although you may wish going back to Head-fi, amazing doses of knowledge and unbiased know how. If you want to stay around and fit, then read the fookin welcome message and shut up.

  20. I have a friend that has a semi-pet dove. The dove has free range during the day, and flies home at night to sleep in the house.
