Finished 11th out of 44 drivers at my last autocross. Goal was top 15 so I’m happy. Turns out putting better tires on the car makes a big difference. Who could have guessed? You can brake harder, carry more speed, and get back on power earlier. These aren’t even that fast of a tire too!

Tire rack dot com also a good source to check. Thankfully there is so much price transparency in tires that it’s hard to rip people off anymore, at least on price. The rip off would be up-selling on features you don’t need.

Sounds like you might need multiple tires! Glad you are safe! Have the mechanic look them over and make sure the pressures are right. I'm also having new tires put on this week. Treat your tires with care and they will take care of you.

Congrats to the OKC Thunder, but I think basketball fans all over the world feel like we got robbed. One of the more magical Cinderella-type runs the NBA has ever seen ended in tradgedy. Tyrese Haliburton, Indiana's best player, went down with an achilles injury 7 mintues in to the game. The Pacers did their best to fight, but without their star it felt like Indy eventually wore down. That injury is one of the worst in sports and likely will cost Haliburton the entire upcoming season. The post game mood on all the shows I watch is totally dour.

RIP Sly Stone. The word “genius” is often overused, but this guy was a true musical prodigy… at least until he cooked his brain with all the drugs he was taking. iPad stuff seems long overdue. Now we just need to be able to run desktop apps and I can ditch my old MacBook. The rest of it seems mostly like a design and polish year which, honestly after the AI debacle, is fine by me.

I thought so as well! I own two of Doug’s amps and they are so good I’ve never felt the need to shop for anything else. Love the woodwork on these ones.

This Blue Prince game... haven't played anything like it since Outer Wilds. I am loving it. Another puzzle game masterpiece. If you enjoy puzzles this is not to be missed.
