Google image search is no help.

Can you get a better shot, without lens distortion?

It's either, "the whole crew was wondering, who the fuck is this?", or ""the whole crew was wondering who the fuck this is."

It's my girlfriend.  She's a beat poet named Ratty Annie.  People start spontaneously playing the bongos on tabletops and bald heads when she talks.  She's turned straight girls gay, and gay men straight with her doesn't-even-rhyme poetry in lambic pentameter.  (It's a bit sour.)

Also, your mama.

Could it be Cher?

Yes that was my other choice.

Looks like Bob Dylan era

looks like early joni mitchell

We couldn't come to a consensus, but Steven Tyler came up often... except for the guitar strap. We considered Prince, also.

I really like the early Joni Mitchell theory.

Steven Tyler?

That was my first thought, but it just didn't quite fit. There were several other pics, and I had no trouble naming them, but this one was a tough one.

Rickie Lee Jones?

Ding ding ding! We have a winner!

I think that's it.
