Ah, good get. I couldn't read the label and had not seen of any of the new antigue collection either.

After hearing this album on a very nice system two weeks ago I decided I must have this. JP knows the John Lee Hooker track very well as I played it for him at Can Jam LAX.

Put in an offer for a busted ass pair of old-style buttoned RS-1s on audiogon. $350 shipped and he took it! I say busted ass, but really the only thing wrong is its missing one of the plastic end cap things. Wearing them right now with the flats I never sold. Listened to the MFSL of Guns N' Roses "Patience" and was quickly reminded why the RS-1 are the kings of rock. I still like the PS1000 but am realizing with my 4th pair that I'll always love the RS-1.

Got a Nano watch and gun metal Hex watchband.

More camera luggage. Decided to get a suitcase version to augment the backpack that is coming.

I'm going to recommend against checking that suitcase. Unless you have some badass guns in there also to signal who those thieving baggage handlers are dealing with.

Which suitcase one did you get, Jeff? I just used a Streetwalker HardDrive this past week as a carry-on for my camera/laptop gears and it worked out really well. The backpack is actually bit big if I was just carrying my camera gears, but the extra space allows me to carry the lenses in its pouches and miscellaneous gears.

The Airport Takeoff. I am not a very good packer as this thing is supposed to fit a lot more than I can jam in it. My biggest problem is the molded lens supports as they are too skinny to fit anything but my skinniest lenses.
