First Season of I Think You Should Leave with Tim Robinson. It is a sketch show with episodes only about 16 min.

Some funny stuff in there:

Just started watching Hijack on Apple TV, just started episode two, excellent .

Finished Deadloch (mentioned previously) - recommended.

Also gone through The Horror of Dolores Roach (Prime) - aka, the Sweeney Todd of Washington Heights. Crazy, mostly fun ride.

Wayne Shorter: Zero Gravity on Prime. First episode was great.

I finished Succession.

I was a bit late to the game on this one, but I have my reasons. I tried watching Season 1 back when it originally aired but I couldn't understand why people liked the show. Sure, there was wealth-porn for those that are in to that kind of thing, but the characters were so off-putting that I ended up tuning out about 3-4 episodes in.

Fast forward to this year, and I decided to give the show another try given how buzzy people were talking about their final season. The critical excitement over the show served as a sort of implicit promise that if you can make it through season 1 that the journey is worth it.

Now, having reached the end, I would say I enjoyed the show... but not anything more than that. This felt almost like a hate-watch as I really didn't cheer for any of the main characters. They all felt like such terrible people. Kendall had the energy to do the job but was a buzz-word loving airhead. Siobhan had the brains but over-played her hand and walked in to traps at every opportunity. Roman was just a monster. Like his dad but with none of his dad's redeeming qualities. Also as a beneficiary of of nepotism myself there was a certain amount of uncomfortableness in having that reflected back at me.

Still, quality show, well acted, high production values, but not necessarily one I'd vouch for. I don't regret my time watching it but if they came out with a fifth season I am not sure I'd be excited to tune back in. The premise wore out its welcome for me sometime at the beginning of the last season.

^ Good points you make. The lack of nuance or complexity in 100% of the characters made it a shallow ride.

But take two brothers and a sister struggling in the shadow of a domineering parent and follow the steps of the family business succession, but move it to a Chicago Italian beef sandwich restaurant - perfection

Thank you, just what I needed to know to be pretty sure that I'm not going to spend my precious time watching the "adventures" of a bunch of people that doesn't have any interest to me.

A sleepless internet rabbit hole lead me to the early 80s failure One of the Boys. Any chance anyone has heard of it? Micky Rooney gets out of a retirement home to move in to his grandson’s (Dana Carvey) college pad with roommate (Nathan Lane). Double bonus: Scatman Crothers as Rooney’s friend and Meg Ryan as Carvey’s girlfriend. And it’s ahhh somehow not very good.
The past is weird.

I have to admit I was a little mixed on season one of Reservation Dogs, though its genius more than occasionally showed through. Absolutely no doubt on season two's greatness. Loved every episode so far. FX/Hulu.

Just finished 3rd season of Only Murders in the Building

95d681c9355a38cf1de52d511416de49

Pretty entertaining.

Not sure if this qualifies as a TV show, but I've been watching a few different YouTube series about off grid building and living.

One is called 'Life Uncontained'. It's about a couple and their (eventually) two children. They build a home in rural Texas from steel shipping containers. Then later buy a plot of land as a vacation home and build a road, ready the land and build a cabin, again from a shipping container. They're a cute couple and very willing to get their hands dirty

The second I just found in the last few days. It's called 'The Outsider'. It's a Father and Son who build a log cabin from scratch in Northern Ontario. Both are very skilled and I get tired just watching how much they achieve together.

I find both shows fascinating. I know that the young couple make their entire living from their YouTube channel. And it's obviously a decent living. That's also quite fascinating to someone of my generation.

Ha, welcome to the uncontained family. I've been watching Spenser and Mac for about 5 years now ever since they first connected the two containers. Pretty amazing journey, and I learned a lot. I have enjoyed 'Michygoss' {Canadian} and the earlier videos from 'Cajun Country Livin'' {they must have gotten a marketing team this year}.

Ed: I was using vv this thread for non-traditional things that I watch. But serial YT is pretty close to TV...
