  • I don’t know if anyone still uses last.fm, but this year they did a cool visualization for when you listened to music the most. Time of day across a line representing listens for each of the 52 weeks.

I still use last.fm, as I have for nearly 20 years at this point.  I greatly dislike the "year in review" crap that every platform shits out these days.  The Photos app on my fricken iPhone (as well a

I was wondering where everyone got those cover art banners in their signatures as I had no idea what Last.FM actually did.

Now that I have signed up with my Squeezebox Duet I applied to the Head-Case group.

I just applied to the group, I'll have to check out those weekly charts. I've been using Last.fm for a while but wasn't aware of the charts. I have to start logging in foobar and on my H140.

Damn 15 minute edit rule, I hate double posting.

I made a group for charts, if you guys with dummy accounts could join NVT_charts it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I just joined, but since I'm using Foobar in the computer, I don't think this works.

I believe there is a foobar plugin that adds last.fm support. I will be looking into this some more tonight as I use foobar also, at work at the moment.

Oh thanks, I'll look for it myself and post results if I find anything :D

Got it. The plugin can be found here You need Foobar2000 0.9.6.2 or higher installed. Once installed you need to go to preferences>Tools>Audioscrobbler to type your Lastfm username and password to get Foobar sending the statistics.

I'm now using it, but I don't know if it's sending anything up there. The good part is that you can disable it very easily by just removing a tick.

EDIT: I've checked it and it's working flawlessly, now Lastfm knows I'm listening to Melody Gardot ;D

Sweet, that worked perfect. Thanks.

Did they lower the requirement for group charts? The group I made for my own charts says they are calculated for groups with more than 2 people.
